This stuff does really seem to work !!
It seems backlinks are also a key.

Hi I just checked out your video and it seemed work pretty good other than a problem with googel only showing one listing for my city. But thats a google problem i’ve since discovered. However I was wondering if its possible to show up in more than one city? Or is that considered against the “rules”. Also I tried setting up my brothers in laws construction business and I can’t get it to show up at all, any tips on why that would be? The video was very relevent, thanks a lot! -Mahlon Zehr

I did what you suggested and Tweaked my name a little to fill the key words and my listing shot straight up!
